Παραμένει απορίας άξιο γιατί θα πρέπει να έρθει στη χώρα μας ο Leonardo DiCaprioκαι να μας κουνήσει το δάχτυλο κατάμουτρα για να εξηγήσει σε εμάς, τους κληρονόμους της αρχαίας ελληνικής γνώσης, το αυτονόητο: ότι δεν πρέπει να ρυπαίνουμε το περιβάλλον μέσα στο οποίο μεγαλώνουμε. Όπως και να το δεις είναι λίγο υποτιμητικό να στη λέει έτσι στα social ο «Λεοναρντάκος» γνωστός και ως ντι Κάπριο.
Γιατί, όπως και να το κάνεις δεν είναι μόνο ότι διαθέτουμε το ομορφότερο οικόπεδο στον πλανήτη και δεν δείχνουμε να σεβόμαστε αυτό το γεγονός. Όχι, δεν είναι μόνο αυτό. Δεν είναι ότι δεν πρέπει να υπάρχει ούτε γόπα από τσίγαρο, ούτε ίχνος από πλαστικό, ούτε δείγμα από καλαμάκι, στις μοναχικές παραλίες και τις απομονωμένες γαλάζιες σπηλιές, ούτε ένα πλαστικό ποτήρι στις χρυσές αμμουδιές του Ιονίου με τα καταπράσινα νερά τους, πουθενά πλαστική σακούλα στο βαθύ μπλε του Αιγαίου με τη θαυμαστή βιοποικιλότητά του, εκεί όπου κολυμπούν δελφίνια, φώκιες, θαλάσσιες χελώνες.
Όχι, τίποτα από αυτά δεν είναι το πιο ενοχλητικό. Ούτε καν ότι από τον βυθό της Άνδρου έβγαλαν ακόμη και καπάκια από λεκάνη τουαλέτας οι εθελοντές που βούτηξαν να τον καθαρίσουν. Κι αυτό με βιάση το ξεπερνώ. Κι ανοίγω ταχύτητα για να αφήσω πίσω μου το γεγονός ότι είναι ακόμη ανεφάρμοστη στη χώρα μας η ευρωπαϊκή οδηγία για να καταργηθούν πλαστικά καλαμάκια, σακούλες και όλα εκείνα τα προϊόντα που αποτελούν απειλή για το περιβάλλον.

Ίσως μάλιστα κάποιοι, ζαλισμένοι από την περίοδο της κρίσης και τη δύναμη που τους προσφέρει ο δημόσιος λόγος στα social media να κακοχαρακτηρίσουν τον αμερικανό ηθοποιό, να αναρωτηθούν «ξέρεις ποιος είμαι εγώ ρε;» και να θεωρήσουν ότι πρόκειται για έναν ακόμη σταρ της πλάκας που ποστάρει ανοησίες στο Instagram.
